The Italian Forum Cultural Centre, performance theatre, advised us, following our event in September, that they were no longer able to accommodate the IFHG. Within a 48 hour period, we were able to secure a deal with Palace Cinemas, Norton Street, Leichhardt, in Cinema 1, effective as from our October event featuring Joe Avati, Our deal is inclusive of the remaining 2014 events, and we have secured all of 2015 with Palace Cinemas. Our events in 2015 will take place on the 4th Wednesday of the month, in February, March, April, May, June, August, September, October and November 2015.  We are very grateful to Palace Cinemas, and we thank Antonio Zeccola and the Zeccola family for this very gracious opportunity.

We have formed new contacts and relationships with various Italian and community organizations during the quarter. We have also begun to secure speakers and events for 2015.

Our chairman, Art Phillips, has had dialogue with Italianicious Magazine who will publish a feature article in their March 2015 edition about our organization.

The IFHG Committee held Committee meetings on 2 August and 16 August, 2015.

The Group received a $3,500 grant from Leichhardt Council and a $1,000 grant from the NSW Community Relations Commission. We thank them for their generous support.
