Bob Mitchell‘s first interview was in 1996, a very personal one which captured the memories of a dying father. The oral recordings led to a book ‘Scone Larrikin’, which was both self published and published by the NSW branch of the Oral History Association Of Australia (OHAA) in 1997.
Come and hear Bob speak about…
- His personal story about how he got started doing life stories, family history and reminiscence with seniors
- Two Italian life stories: (1) John Casacelli and (2) Vince Oliveri
- His reminiscence work using the five senses to trigger memories
- His life story books ‘Scone Larrikin’ and ‘1001 Questions for Life Stories’ (the latter will be available for purchase at $29.95)
